To provide our services efficiently (e.g., booking mechanics, renting cars, ordering accessories), we must collect certain types of data:

• Personal Identification Information: Name, phone number, email address, profile picture (if uploaded), and login credentials.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise or approximate geolocation data to connect you with nearby service providers, shops, and real-time pickup/drop routing.
• Camera and Photo Library Access: With your permission, to upload profile pictures, scan QR codes, or upload photos of your vehicle for service requests.
• Financial & Transaction Data: Payment history, selected payment methods, and transaction IDs (we do not store full credit card numbers directly; they are processed by secure third-party payment gateways).
• Device and Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (e.g., Google Ad ID, Apple IDFV), crash logs, and app usage metrics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• Facilitating car services, rentals, and accessory purchases.
• Providing location-based services (like finding nearby mechanics or enabling pickup & drop-off).

Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can do this directly within the VEEHO app by navigating to Account Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting us at the email provided below. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active databases, exceptions applying only to data we are legally required to retain.

6. App Permissions (iOS & Android)

Depending on your device, the VEEHO app might request the following permissions:

• Location: Required for discovering local services and live tracking.
• Camera & Storage/Photos: Required for profile setup and uploading car condition photos.
• Notifications: Required to send real-time alerts about your bookings.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings menu.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by clearly defined minors (under the age of 13, or higher depending on local laws). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child without parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers immediately.
