VEEHO acts as a platform connecting users with third-party service providers. We do not directly provide automotive services. The quality, safety, and legality of services provided are the sole responsibility of the respective service providers.

As a user of VEEHO, you are responsible for:

• Verifying the credentials of service providers before engaging their services
• Reading and understanding the terms of any service agreement with providers
• Making payments as agreed with service providers
• Providing accurate vehicle information when requesting services
• Treating service providers with respect and professionalism

5. Limitation of Liability

VEEHO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Intellectual Property

The VEEHO name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of VEEHO or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of VEEHO.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
